What you get

A mock test that works like the real one

01

Real routes, real marking

We run your mock test on genuine local test routes and mark it against the RSA fault categories — grade 1, 2 and 3 — so the result means something. See how test faults work.

02

Fix what would have failed you

After the mock, we work the exact junctions, manoeuvres and observation habits that cost you marks — not a generic lesson.

03

The paperwork & the day itself

Tell-me-show-me questions, what the examiner says, what to bring — walk through it all so nothing on test day is a surprise. See the full test day guide and checklist.

Test car rental

Need a car for the test? Use ours — €170.

Test car rental includes a warm-up drive before your appointment and last-minute tips from your instructor. If you've done your pre-test lessons in the same car, you walk in already at home behind the wheel — mirrors set, biting point known, no surprises. Testing at Tallaght? Local knowledge

We coach on the routes you'll actually be tested on

T

Tallaght

Two instructors here: Kris knows the Tallaght centre inside out and can meet you directly at the centre for mock tests in the exact test area — and Tony, our pre-test specialist, covers Tallaght too, including in your own automatic.

M

Mulhuddart

Tudor and Liam prepare you for Mulhuddart's bus-lane merges, road markings and D15 roundabouts — the details that catch people out at the newer centre.

+

Finglas, Navan & beyond

Harry preps North County learners for Finglas; Liam covers the Navan centre. Whatever centre you're booked into, we build the preparation around it — including with Tony, our dedicated pre-test specialist with an excellent pass record.

Common questions

Pre-test lessons — FAQ

What happens in a pre-test lesson?

A two-hour session run like the real thing: a full mock test on genuine local test routes, marked against the RSA fault categories, followed by targeted correction of exactly what would have failed you. From €100.

Can I do my pre-test in my own car?

Yes. If you have your own automatic car, Tony — our pre-test specialist — can run lessons, mock tests and pre-test preparation in it. Practising in the exact car you'll bring to the test is a real advantage. Call Tony on 085 733 5950, or use the booking form and mention your own automatic in the message.

Can I rent a car for my driving test?

Yes. Test car rental is €170 and includes a warm-up drive before your test and last-minute tips from your instructor. The car is familiar to you if you've done pre-test lessons in it — a real advantage on the day.

Which test centres do you cover?

Kris specialises in the Tallaght test centre and can meet you directly there. Tudor and Liam cover the Mulhuddart centre routes. We also prepare learners for Finglas and other Dublin centres, and Liam covers the Navan centre.

How many pre-test lessons do I need?

It depends on your current standard. Many learners take two or three pre-test sessions; the first mock test tells us honestly where you stand, and we'll never push sessions you don't need.

How do I prepare while waiting for a test date?

Waiting lists at Dublin centres can run months. Use the time: keep driving regularly with your accompanying driver, book a mock test to find your weak points early, and do a final pre-test polish in the last two weeks before the test. See how to pass first time.
